I recently visited the Rental Office and had the pleasure of working with Gabrielle. From the moment I walked in, Gabrielle’s warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel instantly at ease. I was in a bit of a rush to find a new place, and Gabrielle went above and beyond to understand my needs and preferences. She patiently answered all my questions and provided detailed information about the available properties and the neighborhood. Her knowledge of the area and the rental market was truly impressive. Gabrielle’s dedication to making the process smooth was remarkable. She promptly scheduled viewings, always accommodating my busy schedule, and ensured each visit was efficient and informative. This place is lovely, peaceful, quite and outstanding. I would love to say meeting Rhonda had been the best because with her communication and making everything happen. She is well understanding and she will do anything for the community. The best/time was when she had a BBQ day for the community she made everything happen and I am thankful to say this is the best place to live !!!

Greeted with love as soon as I walked through the door! I did a tour yesterday with Deborah not Deborah iykyk. lol She was very polite and fed me with so much good information through out the entire tour. The environment was very tidy and quiet. The tenants were very friendly as well. Just how I like it. I loved the villa apartments they were very spacing and big kitchen. I love a big kitchen I can call home. But I fell in love with the townhomes more cause it was more space for me and my kids. Also, shoutout to Deaunte he was very sharp, welcoming and nice as well. It was also another lady in the office I didn’t catch her name but she was tall and petite very professional and was handling business with assisting all the other tenants that were walking in! Thank you all so much for everything can’t wait to call this place my home.

This is a nice, quiet community. I’m definitely applying today. Deaunte was very patient and informative. He showed me two units. I came in wanting a one bedroom but he sold me on a two bedroom townhouse. I’m impressed. Definitely worth taking a stop to look at.

Been living in this community since 2021 and since Rhonda and Deborah have been in the office it has been such a great experience. They are prompt and very communicative with any concerns. Maintenance is very knowledgeable and fixes the issues the first time around. We have community events that are very thought out and keeps everyone involved. I love living here! Thank you guys for all that you do!!

The sweetest lady works in the office. The townhouses are too small for my family, but I wound recommend just because of the sweet lady in the office.

It's a nice place to live! No ghetto elements. The staff is quite helpful with anything and everything! They process work orders as fast as they can and are always courteous to the tenants. Only flaw I see is there is no property boundary! There's no fence around the property so we get occasional visits from the wild! Oh yea and they force services through the lease like trash pick-up but other that that its pretty cool!

I had the best experience EVER with the assistant manager name Debbie. She was extremely patient and actually listened to what the issue was, understood the issue and fixed the issue. This apartment is very clean. The staff are friendly and very professional. There’s no thieves in this environment. I have never experienced car thief non break in. The environment is unique for its safety! I would recommend this apartment complex to my friends and family. Great location as well.
