Renters Insurance $12.50
Pest Control and Trash $36.00
Pet fee is $300 one time first pet and $500 for 2nd pet. $25/ monthly per pet
No aggressive breeds are allowed, and all applicants must go to petscrening.com to fill out an application. Only pet owners will be charged $25.

Tenant Qualifications:

We do a background check for each adult over 18 who will be living in your house
Minimum credit score must be 575
You must gross 2.7/month after taxes
NO open bankruptcies
NO bankruptcies within 4 years
NO big collections
NO felonies
Misdemeanors may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but nothing that shows theft or violence.
